Background
My name is Patricia Baszczuk. I am a forensic and clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology with a minor in Neuropsychology; earned at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. My love of understanding, helping, and evaluating people extends back to my adolescence when I was selected to attend Colgate University for classes in Logic and Philosophy. I have been a licensed psychologist, practicing my craft, for almost 30 years.
With my clinical, neuropsychological, and forensic psychological background I have served as a Court-Ordered or lawyer selected expert for civil and criminal cases, and have been qualified for deposition and expert witness testimony in several Courts. I have extensive experience with cases involving trauma, sexual abuse, personal injury, child custody, mental competency, and fitness for duty. Each evaluation adheres to established NJ Board of Forensic Psychology rules and guidelines. My role as a forensic psychologist incorporates my clinical wisdom with use of the scientific method for gathering data, examining evidence, and formulating a professional opinion based on empirical evidence.
